Established in December 2016 under PT. Ladang Berdikari Indonesia, LPK Asta Karya is an accredited Sending Organization headquartered in South Jakarta. Founded by a Japanese language graduate who studied in Shizuoka, the institute empowers Indonesian youth to experience education and internships in Japan firsthand.

The founder’s exposure to diverse Japanese workplaces cultivated a deep appreciation for discipline, punctuality, and professionalism. These values now guide the institute’s programs, enabling trainees to absorb technical skills alongside world-class work ethics.

Recruitment


A thorough selection process to recruit the best internship candidates.

  1. Medical Check-Up (MCU): Ensures candidates are in prime condition and free from health issues that may hinder work.
  2. Japanese Language Test: Includes a basic conversation interview without interpreters and written exams equivalent to JLPT N5 or N4 for nursing.
  3. Basic Mathematics Test: Measures logic, accuracy, and numeracy to prepare candidates for precision industries.
  4. Intelligence Test (IQ): Assesses intellectual capability and adaptability to Japanese work systems.
  5. Physical & Fitness Test: Evaluates endurance, muscle strength, and healthy living habits.
